Eat that Frog with a Pomodoro

“The reason there is ample time left is because days can succumb into hours, hours into minutes and minutes into seconds. Accomplish any new task in an hour and you have a whole new life in a year.” ~Suyasha Subedi~

Procrastination:

Procrastination is the avoidance or delaying the task that needs to be completed by a certain deadline. Procrastination may be called a psychological disorder. It is directly related to depression. The question is how to overcome procrastination?

Pomodoro technique

This is a super amazing technique which is a time management technique. This technique uses a timer to break down work into intervals, you break your workday into 25-minute separated by one to five-minute breaks to relax yourself.

My experience

me being a procrastinate used this technique and the experience was amazing and it was really productive what i did was i had this article work remaining which i had planned for this week and week before and i was not completing it so with this activity i planned it and followed the instructions as were given at first it was hard to focus but later after a break it was smooth and after 3 cycles my work was completed which was pending from 2 weeks. there were few distractions at first like texts messages etc but i ignored em and finished my task effectively. And i plan to use this technique again in future as its very effective and helpful in order to complete the tasks which are due.
